you knock me off my feetmondays bring out the best
and worst in my personality.
i begin the day by rushing down
the escalator to catch the train just
before the doors slam shut.
huddling and jostling with the
damn CBD commuters,
i always find myself shrugging
off some buffoon or other,
who rubs me the wrong way.
how bloody brillant can
can it be when this morning
this idiot actually had the gall to
use me as a newspaper rest
to spread the paper against!
anyway yes,
the weekend's all good.
i relish the days when the boy
is not working.
we get to dine out together,
lots of random funny talks
over coffee & strolling along
any streets which come along
the way.
back to last thursday,
we both had bah kut teh @
mohamad sultan then to
mama lucia for some wine.
then off we went to check out
the butter factory!
saturday was yet another bbq
over at winston's place.
it was sooooo funny when
the boy & bryan was mixing
vodka ribenna, i supposed
it was way too strong
and there it went bryan shouting
silly after a sip:
"mama, where's my ribenna?"
hahaha

exactly an hour to my
knock off time.
